Can you believe my baby is 9 years old? Where has the time gone?
Christian John Parish was born on Tuesday September 28, 1999 after 9 hours of labor including just over 2 hours of pushing. With the help of a vacuum he made his debut at 3:59 pm. I swore my poor 19 year old little sister who had only been married 21 days would never have children after seeing me that day. She was working that day on L&D and stopped into see me a couple of times. It was not a pretty sight! There I was vomiting, crying and on oxygen. Did I mention my epidural did not work? I was a mess! Needless to day she is currently expecting her 3rd baby. I guess I didn't scare her too much.
